PRISTINE KINGDOM CLEANING

Our move out cleaning services have been designed specifically to get a home back into shape for new occupants. We know what new homeowners and landlords will look for when inspecting the property, and we’ve created a checklist to address each and every one of those things.

Cleaning items such as baseboards, inside cabinets and drawers, and window ledges, we provide much more than your standard cleaning.

And to save you even more hassle, we provide all of the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to get the job done. Go ahead and pack up your vacuum and cleaning sprays. We’ve got it under control.

We know that moving is already enough of a stress – you don’t need to add dealing with late cleaners, cancellations, or language barriers. Instead, you need reliable and trustworthy cleaners that you can depend on to get the job done. And that’s where BUSINESS NAMcomes in.

We understand the time constraints of getting a home ready for its new occupants, so our professional team will always arrive on time, and they’ll never cancel at the last minute. We’ll be there when you need us most.

Plus, every one of our cleaners has been professionally trained and speaks English, in addition to passing in-person interviews and nationwide background checks, so you can rest assured that we’re sending only the best to clean your home.

One Less Thing to Worry About

Moving to a new home is an exciting but challenging time.

In the middle of your big move, the last thing you want to deal with is cleaning your old living space. You’ve got so many other things to coordinate, and you’re probably working with a short timeline, so finding the time to prepare your home for its new occupants can feel impossible. Conversely, if you were the homeowner of your previous residence, using cleaning services before the buyers move in will help ease the transition for the buyer.

But aside from the time it takes, cleaning your home after living in it for so long also takes a great deal of effort. Hiring Pristine Kingdom Cleaning for move-in/move-out cleaning takes one major task off your to-do list.

Keep a Good Rapport with Landlords

Leaving a clean home leaves a positive impression on your property owner/manager, and the new occupants, fostering good will. This could prove especially helpful if you need to use your landlord as a reference in the future. So, it is wise to leave them with a great last impression of you and how you cared for their property.
